I have carefully noted Mr. Zinck's idea and commend him for his hard work, honesty and perseverance. The concept is, I believe, a good one. If you have not already done so, you, or your constituent, may consider submitting his idea to the Minister of Industry, the Honorable John Manley. I am sure that he too would want to be aware of this possible business venture.
